About me
Hey there! I'm Tamer Soliman.
I'm a nutritional educator and wellness coach, and I'm genuinely excited to help you feel your best. My journey into the world of food and well-being has been a bit of an adventure! For three years, I traded my usual coaching to hit the road and film a documentary across the country, visiting 50 incredible sustainable farms. It was an eye-opening experience, seeing firsthand how farmers are working in harmony with nature to grow the food that nourishes us and our planet.
You see, even while I was filming everything from regenerative ranches to wild blueberry fields, I was always wearing my nutritionist hat. This journey gave me a truly unique perspective on the connection between what we eat and our overall health. I learned so much from these amazing farmers, and I'm passionate about sharing that knowledge with you.
I'm currently offering personalized nutritional and wellness coaching sessions and giving talks to groups who want to learn more about eating well. I also send out a monthly newsletter with my latest insights and tips. Down the road, I'm planning to launch a platform with even more goodies – think videos, delicious recipes, and other helpful digital resources to support your healthy lifestyle.
